A home inspection usually takes place right after the seller accepts an offer from the buyer. After both parties sign the purchase agreement, the home goes into escrow. This process happens before or in the same timeframe as the appraisal.
We will coordinate and schedule a detailed home inspection for your property. The inspector will identify any structural defects and check if all appliances are in working condition. The home inspector will provide you with a Home Inspection Report. You can submit a request for "Repairs" to the Seller, which are repairs to be completed by the Seller before Close of Escrow.
